Two very good sources of GRADED listening exercises (from beginner to advanced level, indicated by numbers running from 0 up to 7), some in the form of short videos, can be accessed by clicking on the following links:

ELLLO provides dialogues in a question and answer format, with a transcript, a quiz and a vocabulary guide for each. The content covers everyday subjects.
BREAKINGNEWSENGLISH, as the name suggests, covers stories in the news and the language is more formal. Each listening/reading comes with a lot of exercises! If you just want to practise your listening skills, avoid the reading (which is at the start of each lesson), maybe looking at the warm-up activity to give you an idea of the subject, LISTEN, and then you can do the comprehension questions. Afterwards you can do some of the other activities, which are very good for learning vocabulary.

A wonderful source of material is the BBC website. There are listenings especially designed for learners of English, for example their 6 Minute English series (intermediate level), available here:
